IDIA USA is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization, dedicated to empowering and uniting South Asian women in and around the United States of America. It is an organization for the women, by the women, and of the women.
IDIA is an acronym for ‘Inspiring Divas in Austin’. It is an idea that grows out of a desire to build an empowering all-women community that would be a safe place for every woman.
IDIA provides a platform where all inspiring divas can come together and share their opinions, feedback, views, recommendations, and comments freely with each other irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, ethnicity, income level, or social status.
We welcome all the passionate and dynamic South Asian Women living in different corners of Austin and nearby areas who believe in lifting women and want to create a collaborative women’s community for all.

Our Mission
IDIA USA is Texas-based 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization empowering South Asian women to reach their fullest potential through connection, collaboration and communication. It promotes and strengthens South Asian women’s well-being, belonging and self-esteem through a safe and inclusive environment by fostering community engagement, providing learning experiences, raising physical and mental awareness, promoting independently run businesses and helping men understand the needs of these women without impacting their integrity & independence. Our motto is to be a self-sustainable platform for the women of the women and for the women

Our vision is to establish sustainable programs, as well as adequate resources that can empower South Asian women to live meaningfully engaged, purposeful, and dignified lives with independence and choice, free from social isolation regardless of age/religion/color/shape/size/caste/creed/income level or social status to reach their fullest potential.
