Our recent self-love yoga class, guided by the wonderful Satpreet Kaur, was a truly transformative experience. On 15th Feb 2025 , participants embarked on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace through the practice of gentle yoga and mindful meditation.

Satpreet’s calming presence and insightful guidance created a safe and nurturing space for women to connect with their bodies and cultivate self-compassion. The class focused on releasing tension, fostering gratitude, and embracing self-acceptance.

Attendees left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and empowered to prioritize their well-being. This session exemplified IDIA USA’s dedication to providing resources and opportunities for women to nurture their physical, mental, and emotional health.
